The New Product Introduction (NPI) Process ensures every product is built according to the quality and design expectations of our customers. To ensure highest quality standards are met, Failure Mode Effect Analysis techniques are implemented throughout the product development process. Computime's engineering teams focus on Design For Quality and Design For Reliability criteria.

Quality does not begin and end with the product. We emphasize the same stringent practices in our manufacturing facilities. The manufacturing environment is maintained under the 6S system (Structure, Systemize, Sanitize, Standardize, Self-discipline and Safety). Safety is a key priority. Computime takes necessary precautions to ensure a safe workplace for all of our employees. Our workers are trained to understand Computime's quality commitment and become part of the total quality solution.

As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, Computime utilizes the Six-Sigma program throughout the company and train its employees to achieve quality, cost, and delivery goals. The company conducts Customer Satisfaction Surveys and uses the input to constantly upgrade its performance levels.
