Major Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end manufacturing process, covering production, MIE, test engineering, and involving PMC, quality, purchasing, and logistics functions on project basis
  • Manage a sizeable workforce in a dynamic environment to meet business objectives with respect to customer satisfaction, quality, delivery of volume and value, manufacturing cost, and safety
  • Take clear ownership for the delivery of manufacturing operational agenda including and not limited to FPY, LAR, DPPM, OTD, labor and overhead cost, efficiency and productivity, inventory turns, yield, people development,compliance and cultural change
  • Define multi-level KPIs for team as well as steer and manage activities to achieve and surplus operational objectives
  • Support BU to interface with customers directly on issues relating to NPI, quality and delivery

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Industrial, Electronics, Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline
  • Not less than 15 years’ EMS/OEM experience, with at least 8 years in leading sizeable workforce and teams of professionals in an operational/ manufacturing managerial capacity
  • Proven track record of success in driving lean manufacturing, DFx, efficiency, productivity and cost improvement
  • A good driver of leading change in different cultural environment
  • Project management experience beneficial, with effective communication and interpersonal skills in building team collaboration and relationship across business, functional and operational units
  • Knowledgeable with strong technical appreciation in various quality tools, analytical tools, shop floor management approach,people management technique, automation, and electronic manufacturing processes
  • Good understanding of financial interpretation and costing
  • Good command of oral and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Hands-on style and result-oriented with structural approach
  • Work location in Shenzhen
