In honor and recognition of Mr. AUYANG\u2019s significant contributions to the Group, he will now serve as the Chairman Emeritus. The Board is also pleased to announce that Mr. AUYANG Pak Hong Bernard (Mr. Bernard AUYANG) has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board, Chairman of each of the Executive Committee and the Nomination Committee, and a Member of the Remuneration Committee today.<\/p><p>For almost 50 years, Mr. AUYANG has given his life to serve Computime.
